Douglas R. Hansen is a Certified Public Accountant who specializes in small business accounting, tax and strategic financial management consulting services. Before joining PHG in June 2007, he owned and operated his own accounting practice for twenty years and has catered to successful small businesses and individuals. Some of the services he provides are tax consulting - preparation and compliance, implementation of accounting systems, cash management, preparation of business plans and annual budgets, consultation in mergers and acquisitions and estate and wealth planning.
