As a dementia care specialist, I enjoy getting to know each patient's unique story, helping them feel heard, and creating a connection. Memory loss presents many challenges for patients and their families. No single solution is suitable for every patient. That's why I value input from my patients and their caregivers, and we can work together to identify treatment goals and solutions.
