Make sure that their staff has at least a person who has 5 or even more years of experience. Usually, the number of years required to become a skilled drywall taper is minimum 5 because there are a lot of complex abilities that one needs to learn in this domain. Like in any other situation, they cannot be learned in a day or two. Experience requires time!
