Get stronger, healthier, and more confident with Personal Training at bStrong Bellevue. We are a small, locally-owned gym specializing in Strength Training and Interval Training. We are not a franchise. We are not a national chain. We view our members not as membership numbers, but as community members, as individuals, as human beings. We have two studios located in downtown Bellevue (about 1 block from each other), and each one has locker rooms with showers, as well as free parking.
