A true foodie at heart… I have a love for it all: cooking, baking, canning and learning about new flavors and techniques; the scents, the mixing of ingredients… like taking butter and flour and creating amazing biscuits. Weekend mornings whipping up new recipes while still in my pajamas… there’s nothing better.
I have always appreciated great service too, so when deciding on my next career venture it was a no brainer, and it seemed natural that my daughter and mother would join me in an amazing new adventure. Our flavors and menu choices represent our family, travels and memories living in different parts of the country.

My daughter… the artist. In every way, shape and form. She naturally sees beauty where no one else does. With every medium… she seems to take simple and turns it into art. Of course, there was no true surprise I suppose, that when she put her hands to food, not only was it beautiful, but had amazing texture, mouth feel and taste. She has proven to have a true gift, like no other.

And then there is my mom… Home grown on the Island of Puerto Rico... a place busting with amazing beauty, wonderful people and an abundance of flavors. She has always been the star of our kitchen, raising us on memories, marvelous flavors and ingredients; bringing us comfort and true expression of love. Try her empanadas and you will understand.
