Perry the owner doesn't care about customer service or any of the business his franchise can attain. Irene the old lady who works there bosses everyone around and yells at customers on the phone all the time. People get into contracts here…

There are some very friendly people working at this UPS store. I go here when the line at the Covington Post Office is long (and it usually is). UPS rarely has a line and they are always happy to see me and take care of my needs.
