Get ready to be upset by Leah Ferrando on 2/12/2025 This young man talks too fast, changes numbers he quotes. During our contact with him he gave me 3 amounts for the same insurance. We were so confused we asked for time so we could look at materials he sent us to understand what he meant. I chose my day off. Meanwhile, my primary care doctor told me about another agency that does not try to 'upsell' into more insurance like Branden did. We called them and received exactly what I wanted. My husband and I were still talking about it when ten minutes later Branden called for our appointed phone call. He got upset and wanted to know "if we were going to let him know" in a very snotty tone. I admit I cursed at him and hung up. He tried to call back, I declined the call. He left a message about how he has clients that need help and how we wasted his time! He is self centered, talks too fast, and really does not care about what people are saying. If you need health insurance, I would advise you to ask for a different agent.
