Horrible service, demeaning. by nyle h via Insider Pages on 12/9/2010 Worst customer service ever. I was ignored and treated like a complete idiot since I don't know the basics of fly fishing but wanted to learn. The owner also overcharged me and has since refused to refund me the proper amount. Stay away.
