Gather and place warranty and manuals in one drawer Vacuum carpeted areas including all edges and corners Sweep and mop all hard surfaces Wipe down all plumbing fixtures, shower glass doors, mirrors leaving them free of streaks Clean all tubs, tub surrounds, shower stalls, toilets, and sinks Clean all toilet accessories but not limited to towel bars, grab bars, robe hooks, and toilet paper holders Clean all doors, hardware, millwork casing and base trim Clean interior and exterior of cabinets and shelving Clean tops of cabinets Bag all trash and dispose in properly labeled dumpster We appreciate this opportunity and are excited to assist you with this project. Floors swept and mopped. **Dining room: All flat surfaces are wiped and disinfected. All faceplates are cleaned and disinfected.. Fans/Fixed/hanging Lights will be dusted and wiped inside and out. All window blinds will be dusted, with the exception that they are inundated with dried smoke film, in which case the blinds will need to specially cleaned at which case will be a separate cost from the original apartment cleaning cost.
