We have left our Pembroke Welsh Corgi with these folks several times, and have been impressed every time. First, our Corgi loves going there. He's always relaxed and eager to stay. The facility has been clean, other boarding dogs have been relaxed and playing nicely together. The staff have consistantly been attentive, thorough and very fiendly. During the most recent stay our dog quite unexpectedly exhibited symptoms of a uninary tract infection after one night. We were immediately notified and discussed with the staff member how to get our dog to the veterinarian, as we were in Seattle. They had put down a puppy pad, so as to have a better view of the dogs urine, so I was able to get an accurate description. Next, this staff member immediately offered to take our Corgi to our Vet. While this facility is in the Spokane Valley, our vet is one the North side in Spokane. There was never a moments hesitation about getting our boy to his usual Vet for care. I must say that I was astonished. Arrangements were made and our Corgi got to the vet post haste. We couldn't be happier with these folks!
