My only request would be that the common area in hallway & stairs iv cleaned. All of the winter grime and from the tenants moving out in June is on the carpet & walls. It looks "rough" and the carpet on the step is on eye opener

Dan is a great maintenance/repair person. The hallway and stairs could be vacuumed more often in my building. There is always room for improvement. 4/5 Stars. Good so far.
