After denying the fact that she did not have any items that I had left with her I wrote a review (see below) which prompted a call from her that she suddenly found 3 of the 12 items I had originally left one of which a yellow dress ...a dress she verbally abused me over saying she NEVER had a yellow dress... amazingly she found it... sadly she sold the other items and pocketed the money THEFT. she's an AWFUL WOMAN STAY away....After talking with other people who have had similar experiences with his store it has come to light when you drop things off there are a few factors you may want to consider one I am told if your item is priced under $50 you don't get it back two they're very shady business practices often items disappear only to go to her other store that is on the Illinois border to be sold down there. I will upload a picture later of a receipt that was signed by them indicating that I had left a specific amount of items there were certain amounts that were returned to me which is fine my items were new with tags they were either sold in her store or taken to her Illinois based store check with other Consignment places as they have heard numerous customers expressing the same story I will be filing similar reports on social media as well as with the Better Business Bureau and potentially the police department
