I've only been to the Capital Chophouse for lunch but the salads, soup, and sandwiches are great. All salads come with soup and all sandwiches come with salad and fries. The choices are wonderful. Also, they serve a warm cookie for dessert.

This is a fine dining restaurant at the Hilton Hotel with mainly steak entrees, also some seafood. It is pricey, but the food and the service are very good.
