i have really big, curly hair- the girl who cut it layered it in a way that doesn't flow at all and combed it while she blow dried it. her instructer made no efforts to correct her. i was horrified. i'm never going back.

Didn't listen to what I wanted done to my hair. Left coloring in for so long that it took two days of conditioning to fix it. They also had to redo my coloring and burnt my hair.....won't go back!
