Flat tire on I-80 in a Prius while my son was driving. Thank goodness for AAA and cell phones. Late afternoon, neither of us were in physical shape to be changing a tire, especially on the interstate, and Ken showed up with a smile and quickly got us to a tire center. We are from out of state and unfamiliar with the area. He was so nice and efficient. Turned a frustrating experience into a lot less frustrating. Thank you Ken!
