Joel and his guys put on our roof. Once that was done and we realized there were some issues it has been nearly impossible to get in touch with him. When he finally answered my call (after not answering nor responding to my husband’s for months) he told me he would get me some information that same day. That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing, despite numerous phone calls.
I would not recommend this “company” as the owner does not respond in a timely manner and does not follow through.
