We are an internet based fitness company that provides program design services for every segment of population. We do sport specific program designs, and well as hobby specific, and age and gender specific program designs. We have a brick and morter address in Nashville Tennessee where our trainer's implement our programs with various local clients. Our newly revamped website will be online by mid-June 2010, free to the general public, with upgrades available. Our site will feature both new and used fitness equipment listings, professional certified personal trainer profiles, client profiles, and a host of fitness programs available for download.
