Hi, I am Amy Cooper CMT. I have been a Certified Massage Therapist since 1993. I did most of my massage training at Harbin Hot Springs School of Shiatsu and Massage and have also studied the Hakomi Method with the Hakomi Institute of California. I have learned a variety of massage modalities that I draw from and tailor each massage to the specific needs of each person that I work with.

I have the ability to give a very deep massage, while maintaining a very fluid and nurturing touch. I also offer massage focused on more subtle energies and realms. I can work with emotional and spiritual content if that should arise in your massage.
