Lon Riddle, the owner and senior technician grew up in the appliance repair business. His family owned and operated Riddle Appliance in Orange County, since it was established in 1962. After realizing the potential of the greater Palm Springs area, Lon formed Desertech to fill the demand for his factory authorized services. Over the years we have serviced and repaired, cook tops, ranges, convection ovens, microwaves, and self cleaning ovens. We are licensed and insured for your protection. All of our technicians are highly experienced in all major appliance repairs. Using Desertech will give you the confidence that the job will be done right the first time. We specialize in Asko, ULine, D.C.S. Dynamic Cooking Systems , Gaggenau, Marvel, servicing Miele and Marvel the customer must call them direct prior to manufacturers warranty call. Through the years, Desertech has earned and obtained the trust of the major specialty brands. We install factory recommended parts. All repairs have a 1 year parts & labor warranty on parts replaced. All sealed system repairs have a 3 year parts labor warranty on specific parts replaced only. Warranty is subject to the availability of parts. Sealed system consists of the compressor abd evaporator coil, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service.
