Better Bank Than the Others by Marcus H via Insider Pages on 6/8/2005 The customer service here is outstanding, especially because I often come in here with incredibly stupid questions. Washington Mutual is the "less evil" of the large banks here in Los Angeles.

Best Bank For Free Checking by John G via Insider Pages on 5/25/2005 After doing much searching, I discovered that Washington Mutual charges the fewest service fees to customers. Banking here is generally hassle free, and there are numerous locations throughout L.A.
