My lawn looks good and they come on time. I don't get them ringing my door like they used too. I liked this in case I have to point something out as far as weed problems.

I especially like the customer service aspects: the willingness to follow up, the courtesy of the technicians, the demeanor if the techs and phone people. I like knowing that the job will be done on time and done thoroughly.

I really like the call ahead to say what day they will be at the house. As a heads up for the dogs. The lawn looks good except there are some danilions coming up still after the last application. The costs of the service is well worth it.
