Pho Lemongrass you give a bad name to viet restaurants by DiligoFitness via Citysearch on 10/3/2011

Ordered delivery, I got literally 2 bites of fish, and paid $14.50 for it. The veggies and cilantro were wilting. \r Ridiculous ...\r

Best vietnamese!!!! by Laura A via Insider Pages on 6/9/2010

I live in the area and could eat at this restaurant once a week. The staff is friendly and food is great!!! I would recommend the pho, but all of the dishes I have had have been excellent. The service is extremely quick.

Pho Lemongrass is TASTY by Stephanie N via Insider Pages on 1/6/2010

Great ambiance for the beginner's guide to Vietnamese food. Great pho and cocktails. Good for a date if you want something more exotic.

Bad manager, bad food, bad experience by Warren McG via Citysearch on 12/27/2009

Dried mushrooms were undersoaked and still hard. Ice cubes tasted like bacteria or something. Dead flowers dropping petals all over table. No one fixes anything. Talked to manager, who said mushrooms are supposed to be chewy - I know the…

Pretty good by Tafadzwa V via Insider Pages on 8/31/2009

I quite enjoyed Pho Lemongrass. I'm not an afficionado of Vietnamese food, but this place was not bad. The ambiance was nice, and the food tasted great to me. I'd recommend them.

Could be better. by Shannon L via Insider Pages on 8/15/2009

Unfortunately, pho is not that easy to find in the Boston area. Pho Lemongrass is not a bad place; its pho is satisfactory, though you can find much better in more authentic places. The restaurant is nicely decorated and pretty large. …

bad customer service, poor pho and ok desert by pholover1 via Citysearch on 12/6/2008

The waiter just kept coming back to check on us...and I don't mean politely checking to see if u need any service, but to see if u r finished within a few minutes after our bowls arrived. My friend was very hungry so he basically drank…

Worst service ever!!! by cristian_aga via Citysearch on 1/13/2007

It seems that they are so concerned with making money that they overlook the experience quality of the customer. The WORST thing for me was when after we finished eating, they virtually threw us out just to sit the next party. When we…

Yummy food! by pbanerji via Citysearch on 8/20/2006

This probably isn't 100% authentic Vietnamese food, but it's definitely tasty. The food is great, the decor is relaxing, and the service is awesome. I highly recommend this place.

PhoLemongrass is Delicious by Jaclyn R. via Judy's Book on 4/11/2006

Great value, good food quick service by Bobby C. via Judy's Book on 10/31/2005

Great place if you want to spend not too much money. The place is nicely decorated. The servers were polite and attentive. The place always seems to be busy which is great. They have a bar area also. The dessert drinks aren't too…

Quiet, Reasonable Place for Meeting with Friends by pineapplegirl via Citysearch on 9/14/2005

I can't comment too much about the authenticity of the food as I am not familiar with true Vietnamese cuisine, but I have been to Pho Lemongrass several times and have always had a pleasant experience. The food has been quite satisfactory:…

Entry-level Vietnamese by Mary G via Insider Pages on 6/15/2005

Pho Lemongrass would be a good place to go to try Vietnamese food for the first time, but if you are a fan of this cuisine, you can find much better fare in Allston or Chinatown. The dishes are bland and different sauces are…

Great tasty Vietnamese by cl_foodie via Citysearch on 3/18/2005

We had excellent food here for a cheap price. Definitely get the cubed steak stir friend with onions. Also the steamed fish is very good as well. This is a great place for groups.
