Harview Roofing Co is THE roofing company to avoid. by Baltimore R via Insider Pages on 8/9/2009

Harview Roofing was absolutely the worst company to deal with that you could imagine. The owner had assured us that his crews were all Harview employees (not subcontractors) but that was not the case and no one on the crew spoke English.…
