The Inspectors

Here at The Inspectors, we love having our clients present and with us so they can witness every aspect of our inspection process. We talk as we go along, showing exactly what we are looking at and answering vital questions you may have. Captioned photos are taken of deficiencies and added into the home inspection report to make things easier for the client.
Reports are delivered by the end of the following business day, unless the next day is a holiday. We are very nit picky and will point out issues that are minor to major! We are approved by the FHA/VA/and HUD as a FHA Fee Inspector. This qualification does not apply to most regular home inspectors, meaning that we know the requirements necessary for those types of loans. As a FHA Fee Inspector, we also authorized to perform HQS Inspections and can also help with termite inspections.

We do radon inspections with a state of the art electronic radon testing machine, not a cheap store bought charcoal canister that needs to be processed by a laboratory.
