We are pleased to be a locally owned full service real estate company that was created in 1997 when Gregg Perkins, Dick Goodhue, & Mark McDonough, some of mid-Maine's most experienced independent brokers with combined experience of over 50 years, joined forces to create a larger stronger company. Starting out in a small 850 square foot office, our company has continued to grow and in just 18 months, we were pleased to have purchased our own 2200 square foot office building located at 63 Silver Street, Waterville. Our office is situated in what is known as the mid-state region of Maine. Then region we service is located in the very heart of the state and is comprised of four vibrant communities: Waterville, Winslow, Fairfield, and Oakland. Situated 18 miles from Augusta, the State Capitol of Maine, 80 miles from Portland and 190 miles of Boston, the area is a commercial, cultural, industrial, medical and recreational center for an area of 150,000 people within a radius of 25 miles. Only 35 +/- miles from the glorious Maine Coast and adjacent to the North-South Interstate 95, U.S. Route 201 and State Route 137, the area is a major transportation hub as well. Approximately one-half of the population of Maine lives within a 50-mile radius of the region. The area is ringed with lakes, including the famous Belgrade Lakes and China Lake, and Sugarloaf/USA, New England's premier ski resort, is just an hour's drive away
