Citywide Service Towing

Citywide Service Corp. is a second generation towing and automotive service company that has survived the test of time. It was founded in 1975 by Frank and Harriet Letourneau on the principals of hard work and always performing to the best of their ability for their customers. For the next 25 years, Citywide grew and adjusted to all of the many industry changes. In 2000, Brett (Frank and Harriet’s son) and Anne Letourneau purchased Citywide. As the times have changed, so has the business. It has grown by more then 5 times since then and the sky is the limit as we look into the future. As Citywide has grown and changed in many ways, the core principals of hard work and always performing to the best of our ability for our customers have remained constant.

Since 1975, Citywide has never closed. No matter what the weather has been, what holiday it is, or what staff challenges we have faced, we have remained open 24 hours per day. We believe that to attract new customers and certainly to retain our existing customers, we need to be 100% reliable. We pride ourselves on the fact that the word “can’t” isn’t in our vocabulary.

Today, we have 17 very talented and valued employees, 16 pieces of state of the art equipment, 3 strategically located facilities, and the know-how to complete any type of job that we are called upon to handle. We are a Preferred Service Provider for AAA Minneapolis and provide service to 8 law enforcement agencies in addition to all of our other valued customers. We are in an industry that can be tough to keep a good reputation upheld, however Citywide stands out as one of the few towing companies in the metro area that values integrity more than it values money.
