Myself and a few of my friends were all referred to Jennifer's agency because it's local. The customer service has been a breath of fresh air. I don't have to think twice about my insurance, and know anytime I have a question that it will be answered in a timely manner and with great detail. Jennifer's office is welcoming and knowledgeable and has a positive,friendly and upbeat environment. Recommend to everyone in the Jacksonville area!
