I am so pleased with the finished look of my carpet in the house. My oriental carpet is my Pride and it looks just like new. The Ace Rug Cleaning Staff that did the carpet cleaning was wonderful.

Ace was very flexible about pick up and delivery with my crazy schedule. Everyone was polite. Rug still shows evidence of a small stain, but it had been on the rug a long time, so not sure it could be removed.

Carpet looks great and the soiled chair our dog used as his own for years now looks new! For upholstery or carpet cleaning in Raleigh, Ace is the best.

We are very happy with the rugs we had reconditioned and cleaned; we have three more oriental rugs to be reconditioned and cleaned and we will definitely use ACE again, and would recommend them to others as well.

Great cleaning job. Y'all repaired and rebound this rug last year and that was a great job too! I've been using Ace for over 30 years and would not consider any other carpet cleaning business in Raleigh to care for my rugs.

Ace did what they could to clean a pet spotted wool rug. Also, as a nice added convenience, they send email notification when item is ready for pick up.
