Reclaimed Enterprises, Inc. was founded in order to facilitate the practice of deconstruction and extensive salvage to residential, small commercial, and rural structures in Omaha and the surrounding area. Deconstruction, the methodical disassembly of buildings, has many advantages over the type of demolition that is used more predominantly in our local market:

Diversion of up to 95% of demolition waste from the landfill
Environmentally sustainable solution for aggressively reducing blighted properties
Creation of entry-level jobs in construction, hazardous material remediation, skilled trades, and maker development
Reclamation of valuable resources such as period home finishing materials and old growth lumber for reuse and upcycling into valuable products
By extensively promoting and advancing the disciplines of deconstruction, building material reuse, and upcycling in Omaha and the surrounding areas, Reclaimed Enterprises will help our community to realize the potential in properties that are deemed obsolete.
