He further completed a hospital internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Levitt has been a full time faculty member at the Dental School of the University of Pennsylvania and now is a part time Assistant Clinical Professor, training future periodontists as well as undergraduate dental students at the University of Pennsylvania. He also is a guest lecturer for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr Levitt is a member and former president of the Atlantic Cape May County Dental Association and is a member of the American Association of Periodontists. Other memberships include the American Dental Association and New Jersey Association of Periodontists. He has been named a ?Top Dentist? by New Jersey Magazine.
