The Cosmic Fitness personal training experience fuses the principle of muscle confusion with traditional and functional (body weight) strength training regimens.
It also integrates several other elements, including balance, boxing, cardio intervals, plyometrics, stretching and yoga.
Coupled with Daniel I. Sheff's long-standing experience formulating proactive wellness and sustainable nutrition strategies, the resulting personal training experience is unlike any other in Western New York.
