Miller Bonding was a sole proprietorship until 1990, when Charles J. Miller set up two separate corporations, (Charles J. Miller Bonding, Inc. and A-1 Bail Bonds, Inc.) in 1990 when his son, Charles E. Miller, took over ownership and management of the corporations. This father and son team, who were both Independent Insurance Agents, have set up a Professional Team of Bail Agents to serve their customers as they expanded their Bail Bond Services across Ohio. This Professional Team of Bail Agents here in Ohio is ready and available when you need them. Miller received the Bail Agent of the Year Award from the Professional Bail Agents of the United States for his contribution in re-writing the Bail Statues in Ohio with the emphasis on maintaining Professionalism in the Bail Industry. The Family Tradition in Bail continued when Chase E. Miller joined the Company in 2013 after graduating with a B.A. Degree in Business from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
