In Short
Downtown Lake Oswego could be considered "bustling" since the 2003 opening of shopping and dining mecca Lake View Village, anchored by Manzana. Inside, Mission style meets corporate chain, making for cavernous and cozy… Read Full Editorial

The food has gone down hill. My husband by OPV1555 via Citysearch on 3/7/2012

The food has gone down hill. My husband and I like to eat there on special occasions and last Saturday was our last time. They changed all of the side vegetables and added weird things to the usually good traditional food (jalapenos and…

Great experience by Kellypdx12 via Citysearch on 11/30/2011

We celebrated a birthday at Manzana last night. We enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing space for our large group, our server was experienced and pleasant and the food was tasty and up to our expectations. The complimentary banana-caramel…

Rip Off - Terrible by pdxgrammy via Citysearch on 11/17/2011

We used to go to Manzana all the time when the previous group owned it. (when it was great). We tried it when the new owners took over a few years ago and said we would never go back. They raised the food and drink prices and it just…

Downright horrible by khloekodom via Citysearch on 8/25/2010

I am spoiled from living in a city with diversity and culture. Those two things don't exist in this pathetic city of Lake Oswego where it is known that years ago they called it Lake No Negro. I'm ashamed and appalled to live where there…

Manzana Happy Hour by Citygirl44 via Citysearch on 8/25/2010

They have a great happy hour menu!

Drive by often, stopped once... by jimsork00 via Citysearch on 8/8/2010

We didn't have a good experience here. Ordered a burger with no sauce, came out with plenty. Ordered a salad, tasted like cheap bagged lettuce that was dryed out. Seemed no different than an applebee/red robin type restaurant.

Eh, not bad not good. by VIPofPDX via Citysearch on 5/20/2010

I grew up in Lake O. I like this place for the water atmosphere. The food is a little Stanfords like. All in all its good for a family get together or for close friends to have drinks and a appetizers.

Nice Atmosphere, Average Service, Poor Food by pdxJaxon via Citysearch on 6/11/2009

This restaurant is all show and no action. The location, the look and feel, the atmosphere, all suggest a great restaurant and great food.\r \r The food is a huge let down.\r \r I had the signature Santa fe chicken enchilada.\r \r It…

Great food, slow service by PBOregon via Citysearch on 5/7/2009

My wife and I love the food at Manzana. The rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes are no less than excellent, the salmon sandwiches are great and their chopped salad is fantastic on a hot, sunny day. The only reason we rarely go to…

Great restaurant overall by Sonja54 via Citysearch on 2/10/2009

The atmosphere at Manzana was upscale, comfortable and intimate feeling. The service was superb and they were very attentive to keeping drinks refilled and making sure we had everything we needed. During 4-6, they have a deal where you can…

Manzana Rotisserie Grill by Donald L via Insider Pages on 10/3/2008

Manzana is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. The location is in downtown LO is tough to beat with the views of the lake and all. The food is a little over-rated but still an overall good experience.

Yum!! by carol w via Insider Pages on 8/14/2008

What a view and what food. The service is great and the food is delicious. Honestly, I have enjoyed every meal here and I think I have tried something different every visit.

Terrible Service! Really bad service!! by jdoz via Citysearch on 2/19/2008

I've been here three times because I like the food but seriously, where is the service?? The food is good though.

Enjoyable alfresco dining but average fare by leehays via Citysearch on 6/25/2007

Nice elevated patio overlooking the lake with some unusual Southwest dishes will likelyl mean a return visit. Beware of entrees with the roasted chicken like the stacked enchilada. They do a poor job of removing the gristle, bone, and…

enjoyed everything by alisonbriz via Citysearch on 5/14/2007

I have been to Mazana twice now and just recently went to eat for Mothers Day. The restaurant was very busy this day but that didn't seem to matter because we had excellent service from when we walked into the door. Our waiter was very…

Decent food, horrific service!!! by pdxwineclub via Citysearch on 2/22/2007

Given the fact that this is a chain restaurant, the food is passable. The presentation and the service, however, is extremely poor. It all started when the hostess was letting a customer out the door, she let the door shut in our faces…

Good food, poor service by svpdx via Citysearch on 11/21/2006

Although I love their tortilla soup and salads, everytime I've been to this location service is quite poor. Most recently some friends and I waited 30 minutes before someone took our order, and then even after we told our server we were in…

My Favorite Place by olive646 via Citysearch on 9/11/2006

I love this place and always bring my out-of-towners in for a great meal. The atmosphere is calming and inviting. The waitstaff is warm, sincere, and always attentive. And the food is always wonderful- flavorful with beautiful…

A Real Find by twistedtogether via Citysearch on 2/17/2006

Ever now and then you walk into a place where you are greeted properly and seated swiftly. The service was great, the food was world class. A real find.
