In addition the classes our yoga studio offers to the community, we specialize in Yoga for Veterans and Active Duty Military. If you are in need of relaxation, we are here to help! People that are currently dealing with PTSD have found yoga classes and meditation to be extremely helpful in relaxing and dealing with the stress that accompanies traumatic experiences. Our mission is to reduce the veteran suicide count to 0 through meditation and other yoga practices.
