Green forest don't get me wrong is a nice palce, but way too expensive. Maybe it's just because I come from Massachusetts where they have Brazilian and it's roughly $10.00 a plate for buffet.

AMAZING ! ! ! by BRUCEMANBATWAYNE via Citysearch on 2/19/2012
Just got back from celebrating my friends birthday with my wife and 5 or so other couples. Excellent, friendly and polite service as well as an up-beat, cozy atmosphere. I could write about the deliciousness of the food for hours but I…
RELAXED & FUN by lovelyandodd via Citysearch on 10/21/2011
This is our favorite "treat" restaurant. We go here about 6-8 times a year. The grilled meat is fantastic - great selection and very flavorful.\r

Fantastico! by gatacinco via Citysearch on 12/30/2010
I've been here many times and every time was great!
I'm from Argentina so this is the closest it will get to my homeland food.
It's an all you can eat buffet plus all you can eat meat. You can get either one. The regular buffet (without…

The Atmosphere and Decor\r

This was my first experience at the Green Forest. I heard and read many good things about them and decided to try it. Once we arrived, I was shocked about the decor and atmosphere. I guess after eating at…

Horrible!! by Miranda531 via Citysearch on 11/18/2008
I have been to Green Forest several times. July 08 and October 08. The first visit was outstanding. Julie was our waitress and she was wonderful. She was intuitive and friendly. She explained the process to us and got our drinks. I…
Yes, food was great! by carlosrodrigues via Citysearch on 10/31/2008
My friends and I were in town for business. We went to Green Forest based on the good reviews. The food was great. Some of the meats were fatty but you don?t have to eat them all. We were there at 7:00 pm on a Saturday. It was a busy…
Great Night Out by mmilko via Citysearch on 8/26/2008
This restaurant was great. We went to a place like this in Aruba, and it was every bit as good as the one there.
Exceptional Brazilian Churrascaria! by DocEloise via Citysearch on 5/4/2008
I've been to several Brazilian Churrascaria's in my day, notably in NYC and elsewhere. The Green Forest looks a bit odd on the approach because it resembles a corporate center more than a restaurant. Once inside, we were reassured with a…
Wicked Good by BranE23 via Citysearch on 3/29/2008
Great place!!! The food was excellent! The service was as well.... one warning.. the brazilian soda (pronounced "Gwadana") is 6 bucks a pop. The meat they bring around is excellent and the salad bar has various types of seafood and…
Brazilian Churrascaria you can't go wrong with!!!! by shellyshelly via Citysearch on 2/15/2008
This place is awesome! You cannot go wrong with this place. There is no reason I will not go back at least once a month! I usually end up spending $20 per person + tips at any steak house in pittsburgh. This place is a little bit more…

Go hungry! by Rhonda B via Insider Pages on 11/10/2005
HUGE selection. The salad bar alone could fill you up, but don't let it! The meats keep coming until you just can't eat any more. The downside is all the meat is cooked the same so if you want well done or rare you need to ask. The…
