Slogan: Your Vision is Our Creation! Organization Description: Prevail Inc. is an innovative company that specializes in event coordination and community development. We are far from a remedial event planning company that sends postcards of goods/services. Our company houses event specialists, creative directors, and visionaries all in one with a ribbon on it. We are forever advancing in our targeting fields: Hospitality and Clientele fulfillment. Prevail Inc. isn't just a mediocre event planning company that hosts wine and cheese affairs with a small crowd either; we are a team of goal and action-oriented professionals who exemplifies the ability to coordinate, monitor and assist our clients with their designated event. How is Prevail Inc. different from other companies? The answer is quite simple but the production isn't because we are perfectionists. Prevail Inc. has developed an operational system that uses a special formula (Vision + Production Equals Masterpiece) In simpler terms, we work closely with our clients to ensure the success of their event by detail outlining their vision, planning the event as well as scouting and booking locations, food, entertainment, staff and janitorial services .We also offer a D.J. and security. However, an additional charge is added for Bartender/Bottle services. Most importantly, we are no beginners; we have successfully coordinated just about everything from hookah bar gatherings to large social events, dance halls and even live music performances.
