Debbie Erdman - Realtor

Debbie has always had a desire to work with and help others realize their dream of home ownership, first working as a residential loan officer and then moving into to residential sales. She began her career in the early "80's in Flint, Michigan during a time of huge lay-offs, high interest rates and a declining market values. "Overcoming the adversity is part of the job, I learned a lot in the lean times." Debbie went on to become one of the top loan officers in the city and in the state. In 1996 Debbie went to work with Coldwell Banker in Grand Blanc, Michigan and quickly became one the offices premier agents. When her husband's job demanded they move to South Carolina she once again rolled with the punches and restarted her Real Estate career with ERA Wilder Realty in Chapin, SC. "It was the perfect fit. I immediately knew I had found a home with Eddie Wilder and his dynamic team." Again success followed her to the shores of Lake Murray where she enjoys being one of the top 10 agents in the company.
