I have used them 2 other times in the past. I get charged for something they didn’t have to do. The excuse is it’s in our system this way is how it was explained. I was in the middle of moving and was charged just because I asked if he could get the TV that already been taken off mount and all. I was with the movers where they were unloading the first load and the tv and mount were in my old apartment. The tv and mount were going with the 2nd load. I asked if he could get it for me and because he just carried the tv and mount over one building, I’m charged for it. All he had to do was a remount. It was already removed, mount and all. I was charged for a removal of a mount and tv from one wall, which I did myself, to a remount in my new apartment. Never will use again.
