Bodywork is more than massage. It incorporates manual therapy, breathwork, and passive movement to address chronic physical pain as well as psycho-somatic pain that is held within the organs and tissues. My approach works with the structure and function of the musculo-skeletal system. I specialize in the normalization of soft tissue incorporating myo-facial release, shiatsu, and neuromuscular therapy techniques all blended together for a blissfully therapeutic experience.
