Not a good experience
My 2008 BMW M5 was delivered for front end damage repair in August, the repair to take about two weeks. It has now been 100 days and the repair is not complete, leaving me little choice but to go get the car and get the job finished. The repairs were paid by insurance so that isn't an issue and there has been nothing but a continual stream of excuses. Completely helpless feeling compounded by the ridiculous excuses. The
