I appreciated that honesty
They great work Factory Direct Floor team had done for us. We did not hesitate to go back and ask them to do it all again and more! They are fantastic to deal with, and quick to resolve any issues you may have. When we first had our floors done by Factory Direct Floor, They had the opportunity to say we needed all new flooring rather than a simple refurbishing.. I appreciated that honesty. Courteous, fun to do business with, and extremely knowledgeable, they are the best in the city.
