Excellent Customer Service!
I had a furnace duct that wasn't delivering any air. These guys showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and gave me a good price. They were nice, followed Covid protocols, and communicated with me every step of the way. I'll for sure use them again.

They were very meticulous in reviewing disclosure packages. We spent many hours with them going through all details that were listed in the disclosure. Also, they were very careful in replying to our questions to make sure we fully understand their answers. Excellent Customer Service!
Because of Hitomi's years of experience in the real state market, she advised us when and how much to sell and made the whole process go so smoothly. We gained multiple offers and through her advice on the counters, we sold above asking! Her prompt communication with us through emails and Docusign allowed us to conveniently work remotely with her from preparing the house to sell to closing.
