Always love coming here!!! by Irma Trevino on 3/27/2020

We had the most wonderful serves here after a huge community sweat sesh down the road! It was great to fill up after that and talk about all the things! Which is why I love it here. We get to have a conversation! It's never to loud and is always a fun place to come and eat. I love trying items off their monthly menu and then getting my favorites.

Hang out here long enough and the views across Alki Beach and Elliott Bay will almost make you think you're in Mexico. Sipping handcrafted margaritas or Cuban mojitos seated at the sidewalk cafe while watching the sun set is another way to… Read Full Editorial

Great way to enjoy Alki by n9840153 via Citysearch on 6/7/2010

Its hard to find a good place to eat on alki, but this one always catches my eye. Its located across from the beach and has a small outdoor patio with a little furnace where you can enjoy the smell of the water with a little bit less sand.…

Soooo delicious! by Sarah H via Insider Pages on 2/16/2010

One of the best mexican food restaurants in Seattle! Indian frye bread is amazing. Happy hour is not very long, but worth it for good deals!

Best Mojitos and Cevice by CSMobileUser3 via Citysearch on 1/19/2010

Been frequenting Cactus at Alki for some time. Greatest Mojitos I've had, to date and the summertime offering of Cevice is awesome. Great hideout! Floor in front of restroom is a bit slippery - watch out ;-) Go hungry - you'll be stuffed…

Cactus Restaurant by having f via Insider Pages on 10/27/2009

Excellent Mexican food. I had the chicken tamales and the sauce was very flavorful. Nice atmosphere in this restaurant for hanging out and visiting. Music but not too noisy. They had great salsa and guacamole. Not as spicy as I'm used to…

Trendy West Seattle by Jennifer G via Insider Pages on 12/7/2008

The fish tacos are great, this is a really trendy spot in west Seattle. Good place to meet friends and hang out for a few drinks. In the summer this is the place to be seen.

Newer Cactus - Just as good with different ambiance by Lori S via Insider Pages on 9/17/2008

The newer Cactus in Alki area is breezy, high-ceilinged and light. It has the same fresh drinks and food. It makes for good Puget Sound viewing while sipping a delicious margarita.

Cactus is my favorite restaurant! by missy1079 via Menuism on 5/17/2008

Drinks with the Girls by rossdale45 via Citysearch on 12/18/2007

Ok, The drinks are great, the view is unbeatable, and the service is friendly and fun. But, the food is pretty average. I had the Blue tamale and infact arrived on our plate-Green, not blue.(curious.) The banana leaf made the polenta green…

The Best Mexican Restaurant in West Seattle - and possibly the entire city by xtine17 via Citysearch on 7/31/2007

If you like delicious, fresh Mexican fare with a twist in a chic modern building with beach views, this is a great place. A hearty welcome to another restaurant with delectable food in West Seattle-- we NEED it!\r \r The acoustics are the…

Good Food - Horrid Deafening Environment by seattletim via Citysearch on 7/18/2007

Eat here if you like quality Mexican food with a twist - and enjoy eating in an echo chamber with people yelling in your ear all through dinner. This restaurant is crowded and unbearably loud. To me, this takes your mind off the quality of…

Cactus Restaurant by Rhonda P. via Judy's Book on 1/3/2007

Excellent service and the food was great too. My husband had beef tacos that were so fresh and I had the Chicken Fried Chicken with Chorizo Gravy (I'll be doing extra sit ups for that dinner).
