Poor Service by Amy A via Insider Pages on 4/30/2010 I've banked with Wamu/Chase for 11 yrs. Since becoming Chase, they have terrible customer service, very long lines, numerous fees and no flexibility on removing them. I call them money lusters. Columbia Bank, here I come.
