Globe Life Liberty National Division: Mike Isom

After 22 years of self-employment in the agriculture field, Michael 'Mike' Isom was ready for a career change.

As many of us do in times of uncertainty, Mike sought out his family for suggestions. His brother, an Agent for Life Insurance Company (LNL) at the time, said he knew of the perfect job.

Four years and two promotions later, Mike found himself Agency Owner of the Albertville, Alabama, Agency Office. While his brother has since retired from Globe Life Liberty National Division, Mike is ensuring the 'Isom' family name sticks around Globe Life Liberty National Division by making up for what he views as lost time. "If I could start all over, I'd have begun my career with LNL much earlier in my life," Mike says.

Fully aware that option doesn't exist, Mike is making the most of his time at Globe Life Liberty National Division while encouraging his staff to do the same.
