The holiday season has passed and the storm season has arrived in Elk Grove. I have a medium sized dog that got out and played all in the mud and ran back inside my house. I was at a loss for words because my carpet looked horrible! I thought should I clean the carpet myself?…. Will it come out ? What to do. I hopped on Yelp and the first person I reached out to was Heavens Best. I spoke with the owner and had a great conversation and knew he could get the job done. I needed it done asap and he was so kind to get me on the schedule the next day! He came and was very professional and knowledgeable and got right to it! When I tell you that I really thought this was a tough job, I was wrong! He got stains that I had pervious that another company couldn’t get out and got the mud and more out of my carpet. I can not thank him enough for getting me in and getting the job done. I will always use heavens best Elk Grove for my carpet cleaning. I wouldn’t use any other company. Besides getting the stains out the carpet dried within an hour or so. Very quick ! Thank you again
