Very Nice New Place by Popular Bathroom on 7/10/2017

Finally they have moved to a new place that is just right for their size. The new location is just great. Parking is much closer now than what it used to have been in the other location. Product is always amazing

In Short
Hopen, Malm, Aneboda-no, those are not suggestions to name your pet, but the Swedish names of IKEA's designer furnishings and decorative odds and ends. Created with a "one-way" layout in mind, shoppers weave through a… Read Full Editorial

My Review by redst9r via Citysearch on 9/21/2015

Ikea... what to say about this. They do have really great stuff at super cheap pricing. A+ for that. BUT after a several months, you end up replacing it. The bed frames are not that dependable, so don't expect to have them forever. Just my…

THEY STOLE MY MONEY by MERT K via Insider Pages on 4/21/2015

For the first time in my life, a company literally RIPPED ME OFF. I'm not trying to be mean, they literally did.\r \r I went to store and made purchase and requested for home delivery. And I've scheduled it with my apartments management,…

My Review by XperTee via Citysearch on 2/13/2014

A large home store that is really busy. Many displays and room setups available to view. You'll be able to find anything from bed room to desks here. The couches are not as comfortable but do have a good design.

My Review by ndevine via Citysearch on 1/23/2014

My girlfriend calls this place "adult Disneyland". And it really is. There are screaming kids and you have to walk a lot. But if you need something cheap, or ideas for a small space you can't beat it. I like to just go and eat the Swedish…

Terrible customer service! by Amy L via Insider Pages on 3/2/2013

Summary: 1) Two deliveries in a row with missing items 2) Rude returns & exchanges manager 3) No one seems to care about customer service issues at this store\r \r Went to order a closet system and spoke with a 'PAX' specialist who gave…

Inexpensive Furnishing by Kate818 via Citysearch on 1/12/2011

I agree with the other reviewers that you have to be careful what you buy there. Some of the stuff is not that sturdy but it is usually obvious when you look at it that it is not made to last. A bought a couple of dressers and they lasted…

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER by mira l via Insider Pages on 10/31/2010

I agree-the WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER!!!\r I have had people who don't want to help me. I have been told incorrect return policy information. Currently I am trying to contact a manager in the burbank store..but they don't allow you to…

Oscar by Pavel C via Insider Pages on 2/11/2010

The weather today (2-10-10) is beautiful and sunny, yet Ikea Brubank has closed all customer service services "DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER". What area they doing when it actually rains?

Not if you'd like it to last by bgirlsings via Citysearch on 1/11/2010

I'm looking for "real" furniture. I hadn't been to Ikea in a while, but it's close so I checked it out. My three boys would destroy that stuff. They do have nice accent pieces that change frequently. I didn't have any luck finding the…

Ikea Assembly Nightmare by S T via Insider Pages on 9/25/2009

Ikea was a good experience overall...but when taking on your own assembly, make sure you get as much info as you can about the parts or hire an assembly person. We had trouble with a steel peg that kept shifting. The steel pegs have 2…

Customer Service Horror by Pete H via Insider Pages on 6/27/2009

After a long round trip trek to IKEA in Friday afternoon traffic we unpacked a couch that had been so damaged by a forklift it was shocking that they took the time to pack it up again (and obscure the damage with the packing). Drove all…

Hell for a cheap couch by KWAN via Citysearch on 6/26/2009

Item Exchange by Lea F via Insider Pages on 5/9/2009

Me and my friend purchased 6 chairs from Ikea Burbank last 5/04/09. When we got home, the chairs were not as sturdy as we've expected so we tried to return them. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt. Still I tried to ask the people at the…

Ikea Thumbs up... by Iron7 via Citysearch on 12/16/2008

Ikea makes everything well. It functions and does what it claims. Sure they make you see everything by meandering around the maze floorplan, but guess what... I like that part. So many things to look at. I will be back. Again...…

Burbank Ikea, too cheap for customer service by Tracy N via Insider Pages on 11/26/2008

Ever bought furniture at ikea? I have. It's cheap alright. Ever tried returning a defective piece?\r \r I realize that the only way they can maintain these cheap prices is by cutting their workforce and having the returns department…

don't believe the hype by Martha L via Insider Pages on 11/26/2008

the previous poster is spot on. Don't believe the reviews suggesting a 5 star experience. They are probably all written by paid employees to lure you into one of the Ikea stores. \r \r The product is alright for the price but beware if…

IKEA BURBANK - Never Again - Customer Service, what Customer Service? by John C via Insider Pages on 11/26/2008

I am an interior designer and spent $20K on several IKEA kitchens and other stuff in the last year. Bought a $ 50.00 chair as a sample for a client. It had a stain on the seating surface. Stain was detected after assembly. Went to return…

IKEA - Good deal until something goes wrong and it almost always does by Frank M via Insider Pages on 11/26/2008

Funny, there seem to be a lot of disgrunteled IKEA shoppers out there. I too am a professional designer and on occasion shop at IKEA. After all they have cheap product and not everybody can or wants to afford expensive stuff.\r \r One of…

The place to EAT by BySA via Citysearch on 11/23/2008

I am really into Ikea's CAFETERIA right now. It is super cheap, perfect place to go with kids, great for a cheap dinner before a movie at Burbank amc, a nice cheap date place. All around a place worth eating at. Consider it the next time…
