Twelve weeks ago, our washer broke. It was not spinning, and water was not draining. I reported the issue four times within the first eight weeks, my partner reported it another four times, and various tenants also reported the issue within the same time period. It took you eight weeks to send out a service technician, and when he finally arrived, he marked the washer as fixed, although water was still collecting inside the unit.
We called and complained again, and you promised to show up on the last Friday of July. You did not show up, you did not give a reason, and you did not call. It wasn't until the following Tuesday that you brought us a new washer. Upon using the washer, it is also broken. Clothes are soaked when they come out of the washer. The washer sets to error after every wash, and you have to unplug it to get it to work again. The timer is currently stuck on 12 minutes with my clothes slowly spinning inside of it. Since the door is locked, I cannot retrieve my clothes.
This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only have you failed to provide a functional washer, but your customer service has been abysmal. The lack of communication, the broken promises, and the sheer disregard for our inconvenience is inexcusable.

Complaints about micromanagement, lack of concern for clients, favoritism, and a toxic office culture are common themes. It appears that the issues we faced are not isolated incidents but rather a reflection of a poorly managed company.
