I highly recommend this hotel! by Zayan Richards on 12/16/2020 This was our second stay at this hotel as we had also visited in 2018. We loved it then so decided to stay at the same hotel again. There are several great restaurants to choose from and the food was great which helps in an all inclusive. The staff are very friendly and helpful whilst the rooms are clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was still an absolute credit to this well run hotel! Nothing was too much trouble, and they work incredibly hard and always manage it with a smile! A big shout out to the day time entertainment staff especially loved the dance classes and all it has to offer! We will be returning for a third visit soon!

Highly recommended for both meetings and friends as well for having an excellent atmosphere. I found this incredible place by accident. I was really lucky that I found this place when I badly need a place to stay. It was a nice experience for me for the first time.

I love that they are eco-friendly, they don't have a water bottle inside the room but water dispenser is available in the hallway. This is to encourage their guest to bring own tumbler. I would suggest if they will have their own merchandise. I also love that you can rent a bike for free. The location of the hotel is good, they are also near restaurants. You will not get bored if you book at this hotel.

The place was very clean, very stylish, relaxing, and the same with the photo posted on the internet. The room had a huge bed, and the bathroom was equipped with a walk-in shower. Their staves were also very professional and friendly. What a nice Hotel in the town! EXCELLENT by Teresa Willis on 9/10/2020 We had numerous times here in this hotel. The last time we were here was the last Holiday. The kids chose this every time we asked them where to stay to spend our holidays. They had an indoor swimming pool. The view of this place was phenomenal. We love to dine outside, near the lake and have the best time together as a family. We love this hotel!

The pool area was so clean and safe for my children. Also, the view was so breathtaking from above. The room was clean as well, and the bathroom was spacious. Besides, the staff out there were decent, professional, and kind. When I roamed around with their facilities, it was all nice. I liked everything about this hotel. Great place! by Paula Richards on 4/22/2020 We really enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff are well-accommodating. The room and the whole place is so cozy and clean. The bed is comfortable and we really like the softness of the pillow. They also have a good menu and set up of the buffet breakfast which we loved so much. The location of the hotel is very accessible. We strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everyone who works at the hotel is the most professional I have ever encountered! I have stayed at this hotel twice and will always stay here again next time.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! by Dani Wagner on 4/6/2020 I am not sure why this hotel only has three stars. I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews but boy was I wrong. Me and my girlfriend got a three night stay through Priceline. The people in the front counter were very nice. The valets were nice people as well. We order r food one night through Uber eats and we're not provided utensils in our bag. Luckily, a very nice elderly security guard came up to the fourth floor and provided us with silverware, that was going above and beyond and I greatly appreciate that. I would not mind staying here again. Thank you JJ Grand Hotel.
