From the person in the office who set up the appointment to the technician who was deployed to diagnose my appliance was a very nice person. I was fortunate that he's the one we hired for he fixed my dishwasher that was not starting excellently. The quality of his work was exceptional. I so love it. They will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.

After a minute of calling this company, the technician arrived and started fixing my fridge that was not cooling. He really took his effort and time in mending my unit.
